her receptionists to her dental staff, they greet you with a warm
smile. And that is something I don't see in many offices. They even
call you by your name, a practice I have only seen in her office. In
addition, they try and even learn a little bit of your native language
(if you speak another language) to even connect with you on a deeper
level as a patient
